Global Director, Customer, Advisor and Billing Services
Jim DeMercurio currently holds the position of Global Director of Customer, Advisor and Billing services within the Connected Ecosystem Integration organization at General Motors. Jim joined General Motors in 1995 where he held a number of roles in Product Development including positions in Engineering and IT. In 2015, Jim transitioned into the Global Connected Consumer Experience organization where he worked on vehicle back office systems. During this time he worked on advanced technologies including Firmware Over the Air (FOTA) and Cadillac Supercruise. In this current role, Jim is focused on enabling and enhancing experiences for connected vehicle users by facilitating the execution of requests through interactions and real time services.
