Job Summary

 Zuora is seeking a Technical Support Manager to join our growing Global Technical Support Team in India. 

We are looking for someone who is ready for the next challenge in their career to join Zuora, helping customers with World’s Leading Revenue Automation Solution for ASC 606 & IFRS 15 as well as Zuora Billing, the World’s first recurring billing system software designed for subscription businesses. 

We are looking for a Technical Support Manager who is proficient in providing the best technical support experience for our customers. 

 

As a Technical Support Manager, 

  • you will be driving engineers towards solving technical issues faster without errors,
  • will be helping in developing customer focused culture where continuous learning is key,

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Two years of working as a Technical Support Manager in Customer Support scenarios.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas like Oracle, SaaS, Cloud Technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills including escalation management.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders
  • Mobilize and motivate teams
  • Set direction and approach 
  • Resolve conflict
  • Deliver tough messages keeping experience intact
  • Execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Fundamental understanding of SaaS, values, and processes
