Zuora has been named a Great Place to Work® on the list of Best Workplaces in the Bay Area. This list was also published in Fortune.
The annual ranking of the top 35 small to medium sized companies produced by Great Place to Work® shines a spotlight on the top Bay Area companies whose employees rate them as exceptional workplaces and who provide a unique array of employee centered programs.
The survey results reveal that our employees, aka ZEOs, particularly value the ethical values of our management team, the way Zuora celebrates holidays and achievements, how our business is run, and the responsibility they are given in their jobs. Overall, ZEOs take great pride in working for Zuora.
Our thoughtful collection of employee centered programs includes CareerCash where ZEOs get up to $1,000 annually to invest in their development. They can use the cash for any resource or activity that furthers their career and personal development. ZEOs themselves determine what they want to pursue, based on their own interests and aspirations. For example, photography, conferences, language courses and online learning subscriptions.
We also have Career Fuel, a team dedicated to growing the careers of all ZEOs through curated learning experiences. Energetic ZEOs get support and funding to elect, create, and deliver learning experiences for other ZEOs on topics that are most relevant to their growth, such as “Building your brand” and “Negotiation tactics”.
